🔄 Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale

• Opened or used personal care items

• Customized or made-to-order products

🔁 Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the item or offer a full refund. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us process your claim.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
